We are pleased to welcome Hugh Stephenson and Lady May his Rolls-Royce Wraith to this year’s Turner Locker Barnfield Revival.
Hugh comments that:
Only 491 Wraith engines and chassis made between late 1938 and 1939 when war stopped play.
This one has a Hooper limousine body, and spent its early life in Scotland (the first two owners), before going to sunny California in 1971 until late 2015 (third owner). We are the fourth owners, having acquired the car (now called “Lady May”) in March this year.
(We) Intend going around Europe in 2018 with “Lady May” (if the Europeans are still speaking to us!!)
Fingers crossed Hugh, fingers crossed.
